Proactively design important relationships so they run on agreements, not assumptions or reactive repair.
Purpose
Define how a key relationship works before tension hardens into repeated friction.
When to use it
Use for cofounders, execs, key reports, investors, advisors, family members or strategic partners, especially when expectations are implicit.
