From Problem to Plan
How a complaint becomes the work
The OS doesn't ask you to learn a framework before it helps. It starts where you are and works backwards.
Name it
Start from the sentence you keep saying — the problem as you'd describe it to a friend, not a framework you have to learn.
Trace it
Follow the symptom to its root. It usually points to two or three capabilities that need training — and rarely the ones the loudest symptom suggests.
Train it
Work those capabilities with your coach on a quarterly cadence, with the tools, rhythms and accountability to make the shift stick.
Why this exists
From founder pain to founder system
I built Outstride OS after learning the hard way what scaling without the right support can cost.
I am Ben. I scaled a startup from three people to 250 and raised $70M, then watched it crash in a way that took more out of me than I expected.
I did not have a coach, and in hindsight that was one of my biggest mistakes. Over the last five-plus years, coaching hundreds of founders, I have been codifying what consistently works into one practical system.
