Two-Hour Constraint
Force prioritisation by asking what survives if the founder only has two hours a day.
Purpose
Reveal highest-leverage founder work and expose low-value activity hiding as productivity.
When to use it
Use when everything feels important, leverage is unclear, and the founder is busy but not moving the needle.
How it works

Apply the constraint
Assume only two working hours per day for the next month.

Choose survivors
List work that still deserves time under the constraint.

Cut list
Mark what disappears immediately: stop, delegate or automate.

Reset calendar
Protect highest-leverage blocks and remove low-value defaults.
Coaching questions
- If you only had two hours a day, what would you do?
- What would immediately disappear from your calendar?
- What work creates the most value per hour?
- What are you doing because it feels productive rather than because it matters?
- If you doubled the time on your highest-leverage activity, what would you have to stop?
- Who could do this at 80% of your quality, and is 80% enough?
