Clarify who owns what, what success means, and what decisions each owner can make without founder intervention.
Purpose
Move ownership from activity to outcomes and install accountability into the system.
When to use it
Use when work keeps dropping, the founder is constantly chasing, or decision rights are unclear.
How it works

- Who owns this outcome?
- Do they own the result or just the activity?
- What does good look like?
- What decisions can they make without you?
- What evidence will tell us it is working?
- Where are you still chasing instead of the system creating accountability?
- What happens if the owner misses the commitment?
