Human 9

Purpose

Create a clear snapshot of how life is actually feeling across relationships, health, lifestyle and money. This is not about perfection; it is about awareness, trade-offs and deliberate choices.

When to use it

Run monthly as a deeper check-in, and revisit quickly in weekly reviews when energy, motivation or stress feels off.

How to score

• Score each area from 0-10 (halves are fine, e.g. 7.5).
• Use these anchors: 0-3 fragile, 4-6 unstable, 7-8 solid, 9-10 thriving.
• Add trend for each area: up, flat or down versus last check-in.
• Name one +1 move: the smallest action that would increase this score by one point.
• Prioritise one or two areas only; do not try to fix all nine at once.

Coaching questions

• Which score surprises you most?
• Which low score is causing downstream pressure elsewhere?
• Where are you telling yourself a story that the data does not support?
• If one area improved by one point this month, which would create the biggest life lift?
• What is the smallest action you can commit to this week?

• Trend signals by area (up, flat, down)
• One to two priority +1 moves for the next month
